Every purchase on the site www.cicoshappy.com is regulated by the following General Conditions of Sale.
The site Cicoshappy.com is subject to Italian law and regulated by it. The site is owned by Cicolin Daniel, based in Montecchio Maggiore, Largo Boschetti, 2. Access to and use of the site are activities governed by these “Terms and Conditions of Use”.
Access to and use of the site, as well as the purchase of any product and / or service on the site, are activities that presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions.
Therefore, anyone who accesses and / or uses services on the site expressly agrees with Cicolin Daniel that the site and these conditions are governed by Italian law.

Payment methods or delivery methods other than those listed are not permitted.
Cico’s Happy carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world with selected and reliable express courier.
All shipments, in Italy and in the world, are traceable.

For EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary) VAT / TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price of the garments.

SHIPPING DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) provided for non-EU countries

For non-EU countries VAT is already calculated and is included in the purchase price of the items while
any local tax, import and / or customs clearance remains with the customer.
Any customs or import duties are debited once the parcel reaches your destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postage costs, return shipping costs, customs fees and handling fees in case they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.

Orders will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. Through PayPal or Credit Card, or when the amount of the transfer (requested by email to info@cicoshappy.com) will be materially credited to our current account. In the event that the goods chosen by You are not available in stock, Cico’s Happy undertakes to promptly notify you of any other available goods or to be reimbursed.

• Payment by credit card:
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express credit cards must be made online when the purchase order is sent.
The Customer must provide the details of his credit card account in the purchase order.
The request to debit the corresponding amount must be made only after the order has been completed.
The Customer’s credit card details sent during the sending of the purchase order are not accessible to Cico’s Happy of Cicolin Daniel or to third parties.
The data are then received in a protected manner and protected from unauthorized access. Once the payment confirmation has been received, Cico’s Happy by Cicolin Daniel will proceed with the preparation and sending of the purchase order.

• Paypal payment:
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account.
Cico’s Happy by Cicolin Daniel accepts payments only from verified PayPal accounts.

• Bank Transfer: By choosing the “Bank Transfer” payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to info@cicoshappy.com.
This order request is confirmed by an e-mail sent by the customer service of www.cicoshappy.com, containing our bank details, following which the goods are put aside waiting for the arrival of the transfer to our account.
The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via e-mail or the communication of the C.R.O. and A.B.I.
Cico’s Happy will ship the order when the transfer is successful.

For any Italian destination and within the European Union, the cost of shipping is managed according to the shipment plan that is located on the site www.cicoshappy.com, and delivery is expected within 3-5 working days after Courier pick-up from our warehouse.
For non-European destinations delivery is expected within 7/8 working days after the courier’s withdrawal from our warehouse.
Cico’s Happy is committed to doing everything possible to get you the products within that period and can not be held responsible for any delay.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) you have the right to withdraw from the order, without penalty, you will be charged the entire sum paid for the purchase of the goods and without giving any reasons. To withdraw from the contract you will need to follow the instructions below.

Follow the instructions below to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.
CAUTION. Before dispatching the goods, check that you have the following requirements:
All labels must be perfectly intact and must not be removed from the head.
Each garment to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent.
The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days (including weekend and bank holidays ) from the delivery date.
Shipping costs are charged to you.
The receipt or the invoice that accompanied the head must be attached to the shipment. The removal of the warranty seal constitutes an alteration of the substantial integrity of the product. No refunds will be made for products returned without this warranty seal.

ATTENTION: for items purchased on sale it will be possible to make the return, with the same limits and the same procedures described above.
As soon as you receive the package, Cico’s Happy will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met and if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will proceed to make your refund.
In accordance with the art. 128-135 of the Consumer Code, Cicolin Daniel guarantees that the Products purchased on-line are free from defects and comply with the sales contract (which occurs through the purchase). The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer in accordance with applicable law.

All orders are subject exclusively to Italian law.
